Mojo Clinic is a Testosterone Replacement Therapy company that provides a simple and straightforward patient focused approach to treatment, without any middlemen. They tasked us to create an identity for the brand and with there still being stigmas around men reaching out for help for both mental and physical issues; as well as stereotypes about the enhancement uses of TRT it was imperative to position Mojo Clinic as an outlier in the market.

Finding Our Mojo

Our approach to this challenge was to introduce a bold identity alongside a colour palette that wasn’t often seen among the competitors, and a unique tagline. The tone of voice accompanied with candid and fun photography enabled the brand to standout from the heavily medical or gym focused approach many of the competitors adopted. By utilising these assets, Mojo Clinic was positioned in a unique space and presented itself as an approachable brand that has a lifestyle enhancement focus to its offering. Giving the idea that Mojo Clinic can help you bring energy back into your everyday life, or as its name suggests, help you find your mojo again.

Patient Focused

In order to really showcase the unique positioning of Mojo Clinic and emphasise the patient first approach we created a website for them. This allowed their customers to easily manage their enquires and direct them into the right place to start their TRT journey; as well as it being easier to the clients to connect with Mojo’s professional team.

We’ve Got Your Back

Presenting Mojo Clinic’s offering as the less clinical alternative and highlighting the benefits that weren’t focused on physical performance allowed the brand to remove itself from the stigmas of TRT. Opening the door to a more apprehensive audience by using a jovial visual tone and tagline created an approachable brand that offers to help the audience through every step of the way. Providing simple directional CTA channels, based on the patients experience with TRT allows the audience to easily start their journey. Mojo Clinic’s streamlined approach meant that patients with competitor brands could swap treatment provider easily, to the more cost effective plan.
