While DES London’s brand and website needed a refresh to better reflect their sustainable offering, the need extended beyond aesthetics. As a second-hand furniture retailer, the company was completely reliant on eBay for sales, limiting their control over customer interactions and impeding growth. Their existing website attracted minimal traffic and lacked the functionality required to drive direct sales, further constraining their independence and business potential.

We revitalised DES London’s brand by addressing both their identity and operational challenges. A modern and distinctive aesthetic was introduced, highlighting the craftsmanship behind their refurbished furniture and emphasising their sustainability values. For the development, we chose Shopify, leveraging its powerful e-commerce features to enhance the customer experience. With a seamless checkout process, secure payment options, and built-in inventory management, the new site makes purchasing effortless. Plus, Shopify’s intuitive dashboard allows DES London to easily update products, track sales, and manage operations.
